About Ingrid
Ingrid Cerwinka has 30 years of experience in the Mexican financial sector, in both the public and private sectors. In her last corporate position, Ingrid was the Executive Vice President of AXA Mexico, responsible for Public Affairs, Corporate Responsibility, Communication, Brand, and Marketing. She was a member of the Executive Committee and led the AXA Mexico Foundation. She also served as the company's internal coach for five years.

Her passion for coaching led her to resign from the corporate world in 2022 to dedicate herself to individual and team executive coaching. Additionally, she conducts workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, effective communication, development for women executives, and mentoring. Ingrid collaborates with the associations Women in Finance (MEF) and Women in Public Affairs (AMAAPP) in Mexico.

Ingrid is certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), in Ontological Coaching by Newfield Network (NCC), in Conversational Intelligence for Coaches (C-IQ), as a HeartMath mentor (HeartMath Institute), in the application of Positive Psychology and Radical Listening (Positive Acorn), in Hogan Assessment, in “Breakthrough Coaching,” and in Systemic Team Coaching. She published the article “A Journey of Self-Discovery” in the book The Evolution of Coaching, 2023.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Universidad de las Américas Puebla and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.
