Individual Executive Coaching
The main focus of individual coaching sessions is to facilitate the personal and professional development of executives at different organizational levels (from C-Suite to management). Using a combination of ontological coaching tools, conversational intelligence, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and neurology, the coaching process allows coachees to raise their level of self-awareness, broaden their perspective toward new possibilities, unleash their potential, and modify their behavior to obtain positive and sustainable results. The topics to be addressed are defined by each coachee and include, among others, leadership, effective communication, emotional management, strategic thinking, and networking. Coaching processes include a session with each coachee's manager at the beginning and one at the close, as well as an integrated report upon completion.
