Emotional Intelligence

The purpose of this workshop is to strengthen the Emotional Intelligence (EQ) of the participants, with a positive and sustainable effect on their behavior. Through theoretical-practical exercises, we explore the four basic skills of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management.

Effective Communication

This workshop provides practical tools to participants to optimize their communication and, therefore, their leadership and teamwork. Through experiential exercises, we explore the five levels of listening and the three levels of Conversational Intelligence or C-IQ. According to the needs of each team, we include the development of additional skills such as conflict management, management of effective meetings, and tools for giving (and receiving) feedback.

Developmental Leadership

This workshop can be adapted to the leadership experience of each audience. Starting from the fact that "Leadership, in its essence, is not about us; it's about how effective we are at developing other people" (Francis Frei), we explore different skills that distinguish leaders. These include how to practice self-awareness, how to generate a space of emotional safety, how to integrate a team around a common Purpose, how to develop technical and soft skills in a team, how to practice strategic vision, and how to give (and receive) feedback, among others.

Strategic Vision and Planning

Based on the methodologies of Simon Sinek and Peter Hawkins, this workshop is designed so that participants learn, through practical cases, how to develop a strategy from the co-creation of a purpose to the development of a product or service. We also explore how to turn that strategy into a concrete and measurable work plan.
