Programs for Executive Women

Self-awareness and executive presence workshop

The main purpose of this workshop is to raise the self-awareness of participants (emotions, thoughts, verbal and non-verbal language, personal brand, etc.) to strengthen the impact of their presence. We explore the different components of executive presence and each participant develops her own action plan to strengthen it. The workshop is complemented by group coaching sessions to follow up on the participants' action plan and share learnings.

Workshops to modify the habits that hold back women’s development

Based on the research of Sally Helgesen and Marshall Goldsmith (set out in their book "How Women Rise"), in this series of three theoretical-practical workshops, we explore the 12 habits that can hold back the professional development of women and various strategies to modify them. Guest woman leaders in the sessions share their life stories to deepen the participants' learning.

Long-term development programs

With the purpose of facilitating the development of executive women at different levels of an organization and preparing them for their transition to higher levels, this one-year program combines six bimonthly theoretical-practical workshops with group coaching sessions. The content of each workshop is co-created with the company and can combine, among others, the following topics: self-awareness, emotional intelligence, executive presence, personal brand, inclusive leadership, management of transitions, effective communication, and strategic thinking. Learning is reinforced with the life stories of guest woman leaders. At the end of the program, the members present a strategic proposal that generates value for the organization.
