Systemic Team Coaching

It is a process in which, with a systemic vision, the coach works with the entire team, both jointly and with each of its members, to support them in improving their collective performance and the way they interrelate. Their collective leadership is also developed to interact more effectively with various stakeholders. This process has the general objective of strengthening the unity, communication, and sense of belonging of the team around a common Purpose, using the following model: Strategy (Our competitive position and distinctive competencies), Purpose (What we are in this business for), Values (In what we believe), Vision (What we can become), and Behavior Standards (How we behave and interact).
